INTRODUCING . . . . . . .
The 2013-14 Block of the Month
The new Block of the Month Quilt is "Purple Haze"!
Beginning July 19th & 20th, 2013, the Block of the Month program will feature blocks made from Joan Hawley's "Flying Geese & More".
Each month for 12 months participants will receive a kit containing batik fabric from Island Batiks. Each block will finish at 12".
To sign up, stop in the shop and purchase your copy of the book and the ruler required and have your name added to the list of participants. Out-of-town quilt friends are invited to join the BOM also. Simply call the shop and order the book and ruler. There will be a small fee for mailing the block kit to you each month.

"TNT's ANNUAL QUILT SHOW IS COMING!
Thimble N Thread will once again have a quilt show on Saturday, June 15th.
The show will showcase $5 Quilts and other projects made from the classes or using materials from our shop. There are always so many to view!
So ladies and gentlemen, it's time to finish those projects and get ready to enter them!
We love to see what you've done!
As in the past, quilt appraiser Nancy Smith will be available to appraise your quilted treasures. It will be by appointment only and additional information will be available in the shop.
Christmas in July!
"Christmas in July" is the theme for the shop during July
and for our next School House Saturday!
The School House will featuring fabrics, projects and gifts to give you a head start on your Christmas. The staff is already filled with ideas and projects are starting to pile up in the back room. It promises to be a fun day with new items, free patterns, snacks and lots of fellowship!
So, mark your calendars for Sat. July 20th from 10am-Noon and see what's coming this year!
